To help us troubleshoot any problems you’re having with your TeX distribution, we have created a tool that gathers information about your installation. The tool is located at: https://github.com/vallettaventures/TexpadKB/blob/master/diagnostics/texpad-system-diagnostics.sh
To run the texpad-system-diagnostics tool:
- copy the file from the above URL to your Desktop
- open the Terminal application that is usually found at /Applications/Utilities/Terminal
- when terminal has booted, type the following line followed by enter
/bin/bash ~/Desktop/texpad-system-diagnostics.sh
This should create texpad-system-diagnostics-report.txt on your desktop, please send this file to us at support@vallettaventures.com with a description of the problem you’re having.
